Location: Hilliard
Overview
We have a need for a contract PT, temp 13-week, at our Life Care facility in Hilliard, FL. This is a short-term SNF and LTC facility looking for a PT with experience in this setting. The facility is about 45 min‑1 hour northwest of Jacksonville and very close to the Georgia line. SNF facilities with subacute and long‑term care clientele. We are looking for candidates who have experience with geriatric/older adults in subacute/SNF settings.
All positions are guaranteed 35 hours with M‑F schedule.
