Cypress Creek is a max security residential program for at-risk male youth. Through our trained programming for staff, we promote a normalized high school experience, offer a safe environment, and provide opportunities for positive change, as well as providing the unlimited potential for achievement and growth for students and staff. SHIFTS: 10am to 6pm may vary upon needs of facility

What you will do: As a Recreational Manager you will facilitate structures and organized physical activities to restore motor, social, and cognitive functioning while building confidence and promoting wellness and social skills. You will also assist in implementing applicable youth and treatment planning by communicating information about the residents participation and behavior to members of the treatment team. Encourage our youth to participate in therapeutic and recreational activities while ensuring their safety.
To be considered you should: have a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Recreation and Sports Management with a track in recreational therapy or similar experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test. Must meet the requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having a valid Driver's License.
