Position: Youth Care Worker (Coach Counselor)
Location: Greenville

We are hiring for a Youth Care Worker at Joann Bridges Academy in Greenville, FL.

Compensation

Pay: $19.00 per hour. Performance‑based compensation reviews are conducted annually (2%, 4%, or 6%). Sign‑on bonus: $1,000 ($500 after 6 months and $500 after 1 year).

Responsibilities

As a Youth Care Worker you will provide safety and around‑the‑clock supervision for the youth in our program, creating an environment that supports the needs of students. You will monitor and document student behaviors and activities, participate with educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities, and collaborate with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each student’s treatment plan.

Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • High School Diploma or GED and 40 hours of college education or one‑year experience working with youth in organized group activities.
Schedule

B Shift – Wednesday 4 PM to 10 PM, Thursday 8 AM to 10 PM (2‑hour break).
