Provide quality client‑focused care to patients, their families, and carers using a holistic approach. Work within a multi‑disciplinary team to deliver highly responsive and flexible services.
Responsibilities- Deliver patient‑centred care with a compassionate, flexible and positive approach.
- Nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Current Police Record Check and NDIS check.
- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
- Resilient, compassionate and eager to deliver exceptional patient‑centred care.
