CARE Center Graduate Clinical Assistant

Overview

The CARE Center Graduate Clinical Assistant supports the counseling and school psychology faculty supervisors and counselors‑in‑training who provide telehealth and in-person counseling, assessments, research, and education services. The CARE Center Graduate Clinical Assistant will maintain the database, client files, intake, assessments, and related materials. The position offers educational exposure through trainings, workshops, and webinars hosted and supervised by faculty and licensed professionals.

The role requires weekday, Saturday, and alternating Sunday availability.

• Assist callers and guests of the office by providing prompt customer service, resolving inquiries, or referring to the appropriate individual.
• Maintain a supply of forms and materials in the front office for customers and visitors.
• Assist clinical faculty, student-clinicians, and staff by connecting clients, faculty, and students with virtual clinical rooms, in‑person sessions, and auditing client files.

• Bachelor's Degree Required. Degree in Counseling or Psychology preferred.
