Welcome to a few words about your missions

Welcome a group of children from 3 to 12 years old Design, propose and implement activities of animation and leisure within the educational project of the structure

Main missions:
Guarantee the moral, physical and affective safety of children and maintain relationships with families:
Arrange spaces according to the proposed animations and the needs of the children in respect of safety rules. Participate in the different times of daily life in respect of hygiene rules. Be a mediator within the group of children: manage conflicts, ensure respect of the rules of life, listen to the children while facilitating exchanges and sharing. Make sure that the relationships with families and children are harmonious.

Participate in the awakening of children through the implementation of animation projects and pedagogical approaches:
Propose and adapt animations in line with the pedagogical project of the structure. Prepare, implement and carry out the animations. Set up a repertoire of varied activities in line with the specificities of the public. Design and develop the activity projects implemented in the leisure center. Accompany, carry out and evaluate the projects of the children. Animate each moment of animation with the children.

Evaluate the proposed animations and self-evaluate in daily practices. Participate in the functioning and enrich the life of the animation team:
Design and develop the pedagogical project with the director of the leisure center and the animation team. Establish the modes of operation of the center: rules of life, safety instructions, children's life rhythms... Participate actively in team meetings, contribute your knowledge and skills. Share the information in your possession with the animation team and report to the director of all particular situations (functioning, families, children, partners...).

Maintain daily and courteous relationships with colleagues, partners and users. Use the reception equipment and facilities in a relevant way. Participate in the inventory and orders of the material.

Art. L332-23 disposition 1 of the general code of public service - Only a contractual employee can be recruited for this position because it is a temporary increase in activity. The proposed contract may not exceed one year, during the same period of 18 consecutive months.
