Rite of Passage is hiring a Night Youth Care Worker for Walton Academy for Growth and Change in DeFuniak Springs, FL. You will help provide a safe, structured environment for male youths aged 13–19 in a high-risk residential DJJ program.
Responsibilities include 24-hour security, behavior monitoring, and mentoring youths during recreation and learning activities. Qualifications include a HS diploma or GED, 40 college hours, 1 year experience with youth, and a valid driver’s license.
