Youth Opportunity is hiring a Youth Care Specialist for the Residential Youth Services program in Hastings, FL. You will supervise 7–10 youths, support daily activities, model positive behavior, and contribute to each youth’s treatment progress in a 24/7 setting.
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks. Prefer CPR/First Aid and crisis intervention certification, or willingness to obtain.
