Metropolitan Ministries, Inc. seeks a Neighbor HOPE Case Manager to support homeless and at-risk individuals and families in Tampa. In this on-site, community-based role, you will complete intakes and assessments, develop individualized service plans, and connect clients to housing, shelter, food, employment, education, and behavioral health resources. Using trauma-informed, strengths-based practices, you will provide ongoing coaching, crisis support, and advocacy, track outcomes in our case management system, and collaborate closely with internal teams, volunteers, and community partners to promote long-term stability and self-sufficiency for those we serve.
