In this role, you will conduct intakes and assessments, create individualized service plans, and connect families to housing, food, education, and job training resources. You will collaborate closely with a compassionate, faith-based team, volunteers, and community partners to coordinate care, advocate for client needs, and support long-term outcomes.
This position requires strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills, and a heart for serving families in crisis in the Tampa Bay community.
