Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) is seeking a Case Manager to coordinate direct services for up to 40 wards, including placement and monitoring of medical, social, psychiatric and financial needs. The role runs 8 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday, with responsibilities spanning advocacy, documentation and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS in a related field, strong independence, and experience in guardianship or social services.
