Meridian Healthcare is seeking a CAT Mentor to provide hands-on support and advocacy to youth in the Tri-County region from Trenton, FL. You will mentor youth, model positive behaviors, and assist with goal‑driven wraparound care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
You will engage youths aged 11-21, reinforce treatment goals, build life skills, and help families through effective communication and engagement. A company vehicle is provided for community-based work.
