Youth Opportunity & Deep Creek Youth Academy is seeking a Youth Care Specialist to supervise 7-10 youth in a residential setting, supporting daily activities and skill development. You will help ensure safety, model positive behaviors, and contribute to each youth's treatment progress.
The role includes evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays with full-time hours. Prior youth-work experience and relevant certifications are advantageous, with training provided as needed.
