Key Responsibilities- Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of advanced Salesforce solutions integrating AI capabilities.
- Drive AI innovation by exploring and implementing AI frameworks, tools, and models within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Provide hands‑on development and code reviews to ensure best practices, scalability, and maintainability.
- Mentor and guide development teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI‑enhanced technical solutions.
- Stay current with Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein AI, Agentforce, etc.) and emerging AI/ML technologies.
- Champion the adoption of AI‑driven automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflows.
- Ensure solution quality through rigorous testing, documentation, and adherence to governance standards.
- 10+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience with strong customization fundamentals (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, APIs).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integration patterns.
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead managing technical delivery and mentoring development teams.
- Demonstrated interest and foundational knowledge in AI/ML concepts and frameworks.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with ability to design scalable, intelligent solutions.
- Minimum 12 years of overall experience in Salesforce‑related roles.
