• 10+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience with strong customization fundamentals (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, APIs)
• Advanced Salesforce Apex development, integration, and Data Integration API mastery
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead managing technical delivery and mentoring development teams
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and enterprise integration patterns
• Ability to pass a mandatory onsite interview and relocate to Juno Beach, FL if not local

• Demonstrated interest and foundational knowledge in AI/ML concepts and frameworks
• Familiarity with Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein AI, Agentforce, etc.) and emerging AI/ML technologies
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills

We are seeking a seasoned, hands‑on Senior Salesforce Lead Developer to join our team onsite in Juno Beach, FL. This role requires an expert‑level developer with over a decade of Salesforce engineering experience who brings deep technical expertise in Apex and custom integration architectures. The ideal candidate will combine strong engineering leadership and mentorship with an active interest in exploring AI frameworks, helping drive the adoption of intelligent workflows, predictive analytics, and AI‑driven automation across enterprise applications.

• Lead the technical design, development, code review, and deployment of advanced Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Drive AI innovation by exploring and implementing AI frameworks, tools, and models (such as Einstein AI and Agentforce) within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Provide hands‑on development for business‑critical Apex configurations, LWC components, and custom API integrations.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams, conducting rigorous architecture reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into AI‑enhanced, scalable technical solutions.
