Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Onsite (5 days a week) in Juno Beach, FL or Houston, TX

• 2 client interviews conducted face‑to‑face at either the Juno Beach or Houston locations. Every candidate will participate in two rounds of interviews, both held in person at the specified offices.

We are seeking a talented and technically driven Senior Salesforce Developer to join the Client's IT Salesforce team. This role goes beyond traditional Salesforce development and sits at the intersection of complex platform customization, enterprise integration engineering, data‑driven delivery, and AI‑augmented development practices. The ideal candidate writes clean, scalable code, takes ownership of end‑to‑end feature delivery, and embraces Generative AI and Agentic AI tools as a core part of their daily engineering workflow, not as a novelty but as a force multiplier for quality and velocity.

• Platform Development & Customization
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud including custom objects, Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, LWC components, and advanced Flow automation.
  • Build scalable, reusable, and well‑documented code aligned with platform best practices, governor limits, and the client's IT coding standards.
  • Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical grooming sessions contributing solutions that are secure, maintainable, and performant.
  • Translate complex business requirements into precise, well‑scoped technical implementations with minimal rework and maximum clarity.
  • Support Dev Ops practices including Salesforce DX, Git branching strategies, CI/CD pipeline execution, and sandbox management across multi‑org environments.
• Integration Engineering
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems including Mule Soft, SAP, Documentum, Excalibur, and legacy platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture (CDC).
  • Implement real‑time and batch integration patterns with robust error handling, retry logic, and logging frameworks aligned with enterprise resilience standards.
  • Collaborate with Mule Soft developers and architects to implement integration contracts, validate data flows, and ensure end‑to‑end system reliability.
  • Support multi‑system workflow development spanning case management, document handling, and regulated utility operations ensuring integration layers are testable, observable, and auditable.
• Data Engineering
  • Build and maintain Salesforce data models including custom objects, relationships, schema design, and field‑level governance aligned with enterprise data standards.
  • Support data migration efforts from legacy platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) contributing to ETL/ELT design, transformation logic, data validation scripts, reconciliation frameworks, and cutover execution.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) and Data Cloud teams to ensure data pipelines, structures, and quality standards are consistently applied across systems.
  • Implement data quality rules, deduplication logic, and audit‑ready data lineage aligned with NERC compliance and utility‑sector regulatory requirements.
• Generative AI & Agentic AI Delivery
  • Leverage Agentic AI platforms (Windsurf, Devin, or equivalent) daily for accelerated code generation, test automation, story refinement, and technical documentation.
  • Apply prompt engineering best practices—including iterative prompting, session scoping, and peer review gates—to ensure AI‑generated code is clean, complete, and production‑ready.
  • Identify and remediate AI‑generated code smells, token management issues, and output inconsistencies before delivery, upholding quality standards in an AI‑augmented workflow.
  • Integrate Salesforce Einstein AI, Agentforce, and GenAI‑enabled flows into case management, portal, and automation workflows under the guidance of the Tech Lead and Architect.
