The role involves leading and mentoring a developer team, driving technical direction and architecture, building applications using .NET
and Angular, and maintaining a collaborative Agile environment. This on-site position in Tallahassee offers the opportunity to work on meaningful engineering challenges with a healthy work-life balance.### Key qualifications* .NET / ASP.NET Core, C#, and Angular expertise
* Four years of progressively responsible information systems experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Experience designing scalable and maintainable application solutions
* SQL Server and Entity Framework knowledge
* Ability to lead and mentor software development teams
* Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Visual Studio, and modern CI/CD pipelines
