Tailored Access, a GRVTY Company, is seeking an experienced Software Integration Engineer to support core Intelligence Community (IC) missions.
As a cyber professional in the intelligence community, you will work as part of a team on the front lines against our cyber adversaries.
DescriptionSoftware Integration Engineers, who make up the HPC Operations Team, must provide High Performance Computing (HPC) services in the forms of HPC enhanced sustainment capabilities to two geographically dispersed areas. These capabilities include:
- Multi‑vendor HPC servers, HPC clusters, and SPD servers.
- Systems running Red Hat, CentOS, SUSE and custom vendor‑specific operating systems, with high‑speed shared storage (Lustre, GPFS, etc.), along with dedicated high‑speed low‑latency network interconnects like Infini Band and Slingshot.
- High‑speed shared parallel storage utilizing Lustre to provide a performant shared storage solution between two or more HPCs in a data center.
Software Integration Engineers must support the HPC and ABS (ABUNDANT SHIELD high‑speed shared parallel storage) SRE teams and follow Government‑designated policies and procedures, developed to enhance the teams’ ability to perform sustainment responsibilities and improve customer mission operations.
Transitioning systems into operations is a key function of the HPC Operations Team. The team works across organizations to provide planning, delivery, and integration of new or additional HPC sustainment capabilities, including HPC systems, servers (cluster, SMP, MPP, and SPD), and parallel file systems. HPC operation must adhere to and follow a specific schedule of transition activities.
Proficient With the Following- Linux Shell scripting
- Object‑Oriented Programming Languages (C, C++, Java)
- Python programming
- GCC compiler
- Multi‑threaded software
- Parallel processing
- CORBA, J2EE
- Perl or Java Script
- Working knowledge of configuration‑management tools
- Structured troubleshooting skills
- System installation and working with HPC GOTS scheduler and resource‑management software
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance, most recent polygraph in the last 7 years.
- DoD 8570 IAT II level certification.
- 10 years’ demonstrable experience with integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous operating‑system environment, or 15 years’ experience in lieu of a related degree.
