  • Collaboratively contribute to establishing, reviewing, and upholding software development practices and architectural standards.
  • Troubleshoot product issues quickly and efficiently across a range of systems.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years professional software engineering experience developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise applications using an n‑tier architecture, the Microsoft technology stack, and the .NET framework.
  • Strong experience with ASP.NET and modern client‑side development in React or Angular.
  • Strong experience building applications on SQL Server using T‑SQL, stored procedures, and functions; proficiency with Entity Framework or a comparable ORM.
  • 1+ year experience designing and implementing AI‑assisted workflows and solutions using large language models on major platforms such as Microsoft Foundry, Anthropic, or OpenAI.
  • Experience optimizing prompts, context management, and token usage to improve response quality while managing performance and cost.
  • Hands‑on experience using an AI coding assistant such as Git Hub Copilot or Claude Code to accelerate development.
  • Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming and ability to apply inversion of control and unit testing to deliver loosely coupled, high‑quality architectures.
  • Experience with Azure Dev Ops (or a similar work‑item management tool) and Git for version control.
  • Ability to conduct thoughtful code reviews and collaborate with others to improve solutions and the overall product.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across many disciplines and quickly build trust with new teams.
Preferred Qualifications
