We are looking for a Part-Time Athletic Center Maintenance Assistant to help keep our tennis, pickleball, padel courts, swimming pool, and gym in top shape. This is a weekend position that’s perfect for college or high school students who enjoy being outdoors, staying active, and working in a positive, team-oriented environment. No two days are the same — one day you might be brushing clay courts, the next you’re helping prep for a poolside event!

• Help keep all courts, the pool and fitness areas clean, safe and member‑ready.
• Brush and line courts, refill coolers, tidy up patios and wipe down equipment.
• Sweep pool decks, straighten furniture and make sure everything looks inviting.
• Assist the Racquet Sports team with event setup and light maintenance.
• Keep an eye on weather conditions and report changes to staff as needed.
• Be the friendly face members see while enjoying their day at the Club!

• A dependable student or young adult looking for a great part-time job.
• Energetic, responsible, and comfortable working outdoors.
• Detail‑oriented with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Able to lift moderate weights and move around comfortably throughout your shift.
• Enjoys a mix of physical work and helping others.

• Can work weekends (this is a weekend-focused position).
• Don’t mind being active — lots of walking, sweeping, lifting and moving gear.
• Don’t melt in the Florida sunshine ?? (you’ll be outdoors a lot!).
• Can lift up to 50–80 lbs when needed (water jugs, equipment, etc.).
• Are reliable, responsible and show up when you say you will.
• Can learn simple tools and maintenance tasks.
• Enjoy physical work more than sitting still.
• Have a friendly attitude and can chat politely with members.
• Like jobs where the day goes by fast because you’re always moving.
