What You'll Do:

* Operate various types of heavy equipment to accomplish the required tasks in a safe, environmentally sound, and fiscally responsible manner

* Operate one of many types of heavy equipment including but not limited to wheeled bulldozers, front-end loaders, haul trucks, and water wagons

* Responsible for housekeeping, environmental compliance, reporting any problems that are observed, training new or transferred employees, and assisting other mining personnel/groups as required by management

What You'll Bring:

* 24 months (+) experience operating one of the following- bulldozer, excavator, haul truck, front end loader, road grader, pan/scrapper, or equivalent sized skilled equipment, Required
* (skid steers, skidders, farm tractors, water trucks, road compactor will not qualify as heavy equipment).

* Verifiable Heavy equipment experience running a bulldozer, haul truck, and front-end loader as well as a field test.

* Valid Driver's license for operating company vehicles

* Steady employment history

* High School diploma or GED preferred.

Testing Requirements for Hourly Applicants

* All hourly applicants must complete the Florida Ready to Work or National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) assessment. A minimum score of 3 in Math, 3 in Reading, and 3 in Data is required to be considered eligible for employment with Nutrien.

* Applicants must also complete the Florida Ready to Work Soft Skills Assessment and achieve a "Passed" status.

* Both certificates (Florida Ready to Work or NCRC and Soft Skills) must be uploaded along with your resume when submitting your application.

* These assessments are offered at no cost at any Career Source office.
