This is a Full Time or Part Time helper position with Drive On Delivery Services LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner. We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers who pay attention to details, can quickly problem solve a wide range of situations, and win in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, communicate effectively, and are ready to get the job done.

Successful delivery helpers enjoy being out on the road, put safety first, and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction. We are looking for team players who desire to grow with our company.

Benefits & Scheduling:

• Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour (paid biweekly)
• 10-hour shifts starting at approximately 10:15 AM daily
• 4-day workweek (40 hours) typical
• Minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break

Key

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events/conditions
• Maintain pace in a physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages up to 50 lbs; enter/exit a delivery vehicle repeatedly at various locations
• Communicate effectively with the support team to ensure deliveries are completed
• Use a smartphone device for scanning packages, clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and team members
• Load and unload packages in the delivery vehicle
• Support the team in daily work requirements, including rescue calls when others need assistance with routes

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a 5-Panel Drug Screen
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing and communication skills
