Steadfast Contractors, a fast‑growing landscape construction company, is seeking a Bush Hog Tractor operator.
Position DescriptionJob requires loading and hauling equipment to job sites daily, leading a crew of 2 guys and ensuring work is completed to spec. Includes vacant lot mowing and field mowing of subdivisions or lots under development. Must be able to use technology to complete required job logs. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
Responsibilities- Load and haul equipment to job sites daily.
- Lead a crew of 2 individuals and ensure tasks are completed to specification.
- Operate bush hog tractor (10–15') and safely back it up.
- Drive medium to heavy‑duty trucks and trailer safely.
- Oversee all phases of equipment operation—from scraping lots to final grading and installation of plants, trees and sod.
- Use technology for job logs.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating tractors and related equipment.
- Experience driving medium to heavy‑duty trucks with heavy trailers preferred.
- Experience working on busy roads.
- Willingness to work long hours if needed.
- Bi‑lingual (Spanish) a plus.
