Truck Driver
Location:
Operatives Ft. Lauderdale, FL, US
Salary Range: $22.00 To $28.00 Hourly
Key Responsibilities- Ensure accuracy of load
- Drive safely and in compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations.
- Deliver load/product properly and safely.
- Provide courteous and professional service with customers.
- Complete all required paperwork promptly and accurately.
- Work cooperatively with Warehouse personnel.
- Perform pre-operational inspection.
- Follow all company & OSHA safety regulations.
- Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Operate a boom truck.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Perform regular inventory counts and update inventory records.
- Assist with warehouse administrative tasks as needed.
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in commercial driving and/or warehouse operations.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 100 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Excellent and safe driving skills.
- Positive customer service attitude.
- Must be able to lift 100 lbs or more.
- Physical capacity to perform job tasks.
- Cooperative, problem‑solving behavior with co‑workers, customers, and supervision.
- Operates other equipment including, but not limited to, industrial forklifts, man lifts, skid‑steer type loaders, and other mobile equipment.
- Must possess a clean driving record and have a strong work ethic with a great attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CDL class A
- 3-5 years

- Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including OSHA, state and federal regulations.
