The Role

We are hiring Sulfur Operators to support sulfur offloading operations in a heavy industrial rail environment. This is hands-on, physical, safety-sensitive work performed outdoors. It is not warehouse or forklift work.

Because this position requires the use of a tight-fitting respirator, candidates must be clean shaven and able to maintain a respirator seal in accordance with safety standards.

No prior sulfur or rail experience is required. We provide paid training and certifications for dependable, safety-focused individuals who are ready to learn.

What You'll Do

* Offload sulfur from railcars using approved industrial processes

* Follow strict safety, environmental, and FRA-regulated procedures

* Work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, rain, cold)

* Climb railcars, work at heights, lift equipment, bend, and perform physically demanding tasks

* Monitor product flow and operational equipment during transfers

* Participate in daily job briefings and safety meetings

* Work as part of a team to maintain safe, efficient rail operations

Schedule

* Full-time, permanent position on a rotating 2-Step Swing

Shift:

* Week One:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

* Week Two:
Wednesday and Thursday

* Rotation includes 4 weeks on days, then 4 weeks on nights
