Responsibilities
- Command the Yard:
Direct incoming trucks to the right spots for unloading—you’re the "air traffic controller" of the landfill. - Keep Things Moving:
Help our customers get in and out quickly and safely. - Team Up:
Work alongside heavy equipment operators (Wheel Loaders/Backhoes) to keep the site organized. - Be the Eyes & Ears:
Spot potential hazards or incidents before they happen and report them to the team.
- Reliability:
You show up on time and ready to work. Your team counts on you. - Toughness:
You aren't afraid of a little weather. Rain or shine, we get the job done. - Communication:
You’re comfortable talking to drivers and team members clearly. - Valid Driver’s License:
Required to help move between sites when needed. - Physical Ability:
You can comfortably lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet.
