RTech Engineering is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused CDL Driver to join our team.

RTech Engineering specializes in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and electrical contracting
. Our team works on roadway and technology infrastructure projects, including toll systems, traffic signals, roadway signage, fiber optics, communication networks, electrical systems, and underground infrastructure.

We are looking for a qualified CDL Driver who is ready to support our field operations and become an important part of our construction team.

• Safely operate and transport company vehicles and equipment to and from job sites.
• Transport construction materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Ensure loads are properly secured and transported safely.
• Maintain required vehicle inspection reports and other applicable documentation.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment when needed.
• Support construction crews and field operations as required.
• Follow all company, DOT, and job site safety procedures.

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• English and Spanish fluency is required.
• Clean and safe driving record.
• Previous experience operating commercial vehicles and transporting construction materials or equipment is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical work and work outdoors.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
