Senior Warehouse Associate

Join Our Team as Senior Warehouse Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inbound Logistics:
    Coordinate unloading, inspection, tagging, and storage of incoming goods, including hazardous and sensitive materials.
  • Outbound Operations:
    Ensure accurate picking, secure packaging, and timely dispatch of customer orders.
  • Returns & Transfers:
    Manage sales returns, inter‑warehouse transfers, and borrowed items with proper documentation.
  • Inventory Control:
    Conduct stock counts, reconcile variances, and maintain up‑to‑date inventory records, including third‑party stock.
  • Quality & Safety Compliance:
    Enforce warehouse safety policies, conduct regular inspections, and uphold quality standards.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    Maintain stock movement records, document discrepancies, and support system data accuracy.
  • Reporting & KPIs:
    Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on stock levels, KPIs, and audit readiness.
  • Team Supervision:
    Lead and mentor warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure SOP adherence.
  • Audit Support:
    Assist with internal and external audits by maintaining proper records and compliance.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Identify process gaps and contribute suggestions for operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
  • Knowledge of inbound, outbound, return, and inventory processes.
  • Experience using barcode scanning systems and warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP).
  • Ability to conduct cycle counts, stock audits, and variance reporting.
  • Experience in providing on‑the‑job training and enforcing SOP compliance.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and issue escalation experience.
  • Effective communication and coordination with cross‑functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and general computer systems usage.

Working Hours:

8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Off Days:
Weekends and Public Holidays
