Employee's level and pay will be dependent on experience, knowledge, and capabilities. The Warehouse Associate - Combined is responsible for efficiently and accurately filling customer orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping material that meets company standards for safety, security, accuracy, and productivity. Responsible for all warehouse transactions, and maintaining the warehouse environment and equipment.
Responsibilities- Contribute to a culture focused on employee safety.
- Follow established SOPs and safety rules.
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against packing lists.
- Keep incoming orders stocked orderly and report freight damage claims.
- Prepare branch orders and ensure correct product shipment.
- Process shipping paperwork and apply correct postage.
- Operate machinery such as forklifts, reach trucks, and wire cutting machines.
- Load common carrier and company vehicles.
- Inspect equipment and perform minor maintenance.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Make deliveries to branches/customers as needed.
- Assist with other warehouse or branch duties as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

QualificationsWhat You'll Need
- No experience required.
- Prior warehouse experience a plus.
- Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other equipment preferred.
- If required to make deliveries:
- Valid driver's license.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Pass a pre-employment and annual driver record review.
- Provide a non-expired medical certificate within 60 days of hire.
- No suspended driver's license for accidents/violations in past 3 years.
- No at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
- High School or GED preferred.
- General knowledge of electrical products a plus.
- Effective communication with co-workers and customers.
- Ability to handle basic issues and problems.
- Basic math skills.
- Organize and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management.
- Meet deadlines.
- Work overtime as needed.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Sit: stationary position up to 20% of time.
- Walk: constant, at least 51%.
- Use hands: constant, at least 51%.
- Stoip, kneel, crouch, crawl: constant, at least 51%.
- Climb or balance: constant, at least 51%.
- Talk, hear, etc.: constant, at least 51%.

- Up to 50 pounds: constant, at least 51%.
- Noise and heat/cold exposure: occasionally, up to 20%.
