Warehouse Order Selector- 2nd Shift

We’re looking for a Sorter to join our warehouse team who is organized, comfortable working in varying temperatures, and eager to grow with a company that values integrity and performance. As a Sorter at MyUS you will be responsible for sorting out completed packages that have been inputted into the system by loggers and placing those packages in their specified location within our racking/inventory system.

Please note:

This is for a role in a non-climate-controlled warehouse so applicants must be comfortable working in varying temperatures.

Monday-Friday 4:00PM to 12:45AM*

• Overtime will be required frequently due to business needs and may total up to 60 hours a week meaning you will frequently be required to work a 10 hour shift with a potential 2 hour variation at the start or end of your shift and may occasionally be asked to work Saturdays.

$19.00/hr + a weekly bonus incentive that is performance and quality based. If you meet and exceed our performance and quality standards, you will make bonuses. On average our order selectors earn $100-$200 a week in bonuses.

• Retrieve zoned shipping requests from the Back Office Pick List
• Gather empty rolling racks and maintain fully stocked rolling racks for the shipping line
• Pull individual ship requests and stage them neatly and organized on rolling racks
• Retrieve missing packages from the warehouse as required
• Utilize package action in Back Office to assist in finding UTL packages
• Pull and deliver freight shipments to the correct shipper according to the freight board
• Retrieve and pass out standard shipments evenly to all shippers
• Verify all pick lists are pulled daily in a timely manner and by order of urgency
• Maintain zone cleanliness in all areas of the warehouse
• Maintain communication with management and the training team regarding any login errors
• Retrieve mail docs as required
• Assure safety standards are being utilized, and complies with all company, local, state, and federal guidelines
• Attend all Compliance Training Classes and abide by Compliance Policy and Procedure
• Exude exemplary customer service and consistently maintain a positive attitude
• Special projects and other responsibilities may be determined and assigned by Management

• High school Diploma or GED required
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to work in an open-air warehouse
• Able to successfully meet our pre-employment drug screen and criminal background screen
• Ability to follow and carry out instruction with excellent detail
• Able to lift 20 pounds constantly, up to 50-100 on occasion with assistance
• Previous experience in pulling, stocking, or sorting of products within a warehouse environment is preferred but not required
