Flooring Warehouse Associate

We're hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role supporting warehouse operations and assisting customers with materials used in flooring installation.

What You'll Do

Warehouse Operations

• Receive and stock inventory from company trucks and manufacturer shipments
• Pick, prepare, and stage outgoing orders accurately and efficiently
• Restock products daily and assist with cycle counts
• Locate, move, and organize inventory as needed
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse (sweeping, debris removal, organization)
• Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks

Customer Service

• Assist customers with loading materials into their vehicles
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers, contractors, and vendors
• Follow all OSHA and company safety standards
• Report any safety concerns, incidents, or equipment issues to management

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of warehouse experience
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
• Forklift experience and valid certification (or ability to maintain certification)
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
• Reliable, customer-focused work ethic

Work Environment

• Active warehouse setting with regular lifting, bending, walking, and equipment operation
• Temperatures vary by season (warehouse is not climate-controlled)
• Safety-focused environment with proper training provided
