Warehouse Clerk

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Clerk to join our team in Lake Suzy on the Night Shift. The position is available Monday through Thursday, 1:00pm to 12:00am. The role requires a dependable team player and forklift certification or willingness to become certified.

• Operate forklifts or hand trucks to move, convey, or hoist equipment and parts throughout the warehouse.
• Comply with all quality standards and policies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including cleaning equipment and performing safety inspections.
• Accurately pick, pack, and ship various sized parts to support quick turnaround of orders.
• Fill orders by removing the correct parts from the shelf, identifying part numbers, and verifying the proper quantity.
• Determine the method of shipment and pack accordingly.
• Count, weigh, measure, or examine packaging and contents of items for conformance to company specifications.
• Receive and unpack merchandise and supplies, verifying accuracy of deliveries.
• Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
• Confirm proper location of merchandise and ensure production area organization and cleanliness.
• Stock shelves by placing material in appropriate locations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dependable attendance and team player.
• Prior forklift certification or willing to become forklift certified.
• Basic computer skills helpful.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.

Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, balance, use arms and hands to reach, pull, push, clasp, and move a variety of materials. Walkways are concrete and metal grating. Lift up to 50lbs occasionally and up to 20lbs frequently. May be exposed to high, precarious places. The warehouse environment can be hot or cold and dusty.

The anticipated starting pay range is $16.00 to $21.00 per hour. Pay will vary based on qualifications and policy.
