Warehouse Manager - Plumbing

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning is seeking a dependable and organized Plumbing Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Sarasota location. This role is responsible for inventory control, shipping and receiving, coordinating deliveries to job sites, supervising warehouse staff, and maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

• Manage daily warehouse operations, inventory, shipping, and receiving
• Coordinate material deliveries to job sites using company trucks
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure safe equipment operation
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records
• Coordinate with field teams and other departments to ensure timely material distribution
• Assist with facilities management and light building maintenance
• Monitor warehouse efficiency and implement process improvements
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED
• Warehouse and inventory management experience
• Plumbing knowledge required
• Forklift experience/ability to operate safely
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel)
• Experience with warehouse systems and inventory controls
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

• Fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
• Regular lifting up to 50 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and equipment operation
• PPE required at all times
