Employment Type:
Long-term 6-month contract (potential to extend or convert)
Schedule: Mon-Thu 7am-5:30pm OR 6am-4:30pm depending on department needs

You ll play an essential role in ensuring the flow of materials, parts, and products that keep complex projects moving forward on time and with the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Perform warehousing, storeroom, and material distribution tasks using ERP systems, customer portals, and freight carrier processing tools.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Procurement, and other departments to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Manage inventory through accurate cycle counts, stocking, picking, counting, and packaging for shipment.
- Accurately input material movement transactions in SAP, freight carrier systems, and customer portals.
- Prepare shipment packing lists and certificates of conformance.
- Process shipments according to specified customer carriers (UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, LTL).
- Uphold and promote safety and organization standards through a 6S work environment.
- Apply problem-solving tools to maintain accuracy and efficiency under deadlines.
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior cycle count experience in warehouse or logistics required (aerospace/automotive preferred)
- Experience with internal stores, picking, cycle counting
- ERP experience required; SAP highly preferred
- Knowledgeable in shipping practices, ascertaining certs are correct with shipment or willingness to learn international/domestic shipping
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to read/write in English and lift up to 35 lbs frequently
- Strong attention to detail for counting small parts
- Ability to obtain forklift certification
- Sitting 15% / Standing 35% / Walking 20% / Lifting 30%
- Ability to reach, squat, stoop, bend, kneel, and use ladders
