Warehouse Team Lead- 2nd Shift

You’ll be the person who keeps our evening warehouse running smoothly when it matters most. By leading from the floor, you ensure materials move accurately, production stays supplied, and customer commitments are met without disruption.

Your leadership creates discipline, urgency, and accountability across the shift. When issues arise, you act fast—protecting uptime, inventory integrity, and safety for everyone on site.

In this role, your decisions directly impact operational performance, team engagement, and the reliability our customers expect from Danfoss.

• Lead and prioritize shift activities to meet daily production and shipping targets without delays
• Direct and support the warehouse team on the floor, setting clear expectations and addressing performance issues in real time
• Ensure accurate, real-time material movements in SAP, protecting inventory accuracy and production flow
• Respond immediately to line-side shortages or alerts to prevent downtime and escalation
• Coach, train, and enforce standards across safety, housekeeping, and inventory control

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
• Hands‑on warehouse or logistics experience, including prior team lead or supervisory responsibility
• Strong working knowledge of SAP inventory and material movement transactions
• Ability to lead in a fast‑paced, high‑accountability environment with clear, direct communication
• Experience operating or overseeing material handling equipment (forklift certification or ability to obtain)
• Comfort with physical warehouse work, including lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet throughout the shift
