Position Details
- Starting pay is $18.00 an hour, depending on role.
- We are hiring for several day shift departments in our Gibsonton location.
- Shift options:
Monday — Friday 5 AM start;
Sunday — Thursday 5 AM start. - Must have at least 6 months of warehouse experience.
The Warehouse Person moves and tracks all inbound, outbound, and stored products within the warehouse. Offloads, stocks, selects, and replenishes products.
Responsibilities- Receives all inbound merchandise and locates the proper pick location.
- Restocks order pick and flow lines to prepare the warehouse for order selection.
- Ensures placement of product in sufficient quantities to accommodate routine or special demands.
- Maintains a high level of attention to detail in all areas, including balers, aisles, racking, floors, door pits, and other assigned areas.
- Transfers merchandise from the receiving area to its appropriate location and consolidates merchandise into picking containers as necessary.
- Packs products securely in cartons and totes. Applies shipping marks cartons/totes with truck run and stop number.
- Ensures safe and efficient movement and tracking of inbound, outbound, and stored products within the warehouse.
- Maintains inventory integrity by adhering to system processes.
- Pulls orders according to sequencing on delivery route/run list.
- Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
- Performs end-of-shift tasks such as charging power equipment and verifying completed work.
- Maintains orderly workstation; returns supplies and merchandise to assigned locations.
- Follows all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines. Ensures work area is safe and reports any unsafe conditions or acts immediately.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work or relevant experience.
- Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position.
- Must be able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
- Must be able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10–35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift.
- Must be able to work in multi‑temperature environments, i.e., cooler, freezer and dry.
- Must be able to obtain certifications for powered equipment, such as forklift operation.
- 1+ year of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
- Food service distribution or related industry experience.
- Experience with RF scanner, electric pallet jack and/or stand‑up reach forklift is a plus.
