The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading the daily operations of the Thonotosassa Equipment Warehouse, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, equipment storage, shipping, logistics coordination, and support of refurbishment and field service operations. This role ensures a safe, organized, and highly efficient warehouse environment that supports customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and equipment availability across the network.

The Warehouse Supervisor develops and empowers warehouse team members while driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, inventory accuracy, and service performance. This position works cross‑functionally with Refurbishment, Production, Supply Chain, Transportation, Customer Service, Field Service, and other operational partners to ensure equipment and parts flow efficiently to support business objectives.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Safety Leadership
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety‑first culture.
  • Lead daily safety discussions, audits, observations, and corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with Nestlé safety standards, OSHA regulations, and environmental requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in ergonomics, material handling practices, forklift operations, and housekeeping standards.
  • Investigate incidents and near misses and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Warehouse Operations
  • Direct daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing.
  • Ensure equipment, parts, and materials are stored, handled, and distributed accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate outbound shipments to customers, field service teams, third‑party logistics providers, and other company locations.
  • Manage inbound deliveries and ensure timely processing of incoming inventory and equipment.
  • Maintain warehouse organization and optimization of storage locations to maximize space utilization and productivity.
  • Use operational data, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methods to identify opportunities, implement corrective actions, improve procedures, and enhance safety, service, cost, quality, and productivity.
Inventory Management
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and ongoing process controls.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations teams to maintain equipment and parts availability.
  • Analyze inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Support asset tracking, equipment accountability, and inventory reporting requirements.
  • Supervise, coach, develop, and engage warehouse team members.
  • Establish clear performance expectations and accountability measures.
  • Build team capability and ensure employees are properly trained on safety procedures, warehouse processes, and equipment operation.
  • Support succession planning and cross‑training initiatives to enhance workforce flexibility.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high‑performing team environment.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school preferred.
