Administrative Assistant (12 months) – FLOSSMOOR SCHOOL DISTRICT 161

Responsibilities- Facilitate communicating information, problem solving, material acquisition, cash handling, and record keeping for the school and the public
- Assure the smooth and efficient operation of the school office so that the maximum positive impact on the education of children can be realized
- Work alongside other administrative assistants in the front office to provide amazing service to our students and parents
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous clerical or secretarial experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to learn and use all pertinent software systems; training will be provided
