School Health Coordinator (School Nurse - 10 months)

Are you looking for an opportunity to work in a middle school, supporting students and staff with their health needs? Would you like to contribute to a caring and nurturing environment for our middle school learners? Then a Health Coordinator position at Heather Hill may be right for you!

As a Health Coordinator, you will:

  • assess and document students’ and staff’s illnesses or injuries
  • administer medications
  • maintain health records
  • implement District 161 school health services and procedures

Qualifications for the position include certification and licensure as an monsters:
LPN or RN with the State of Illinois and CPR certification
. Preferences are given to candidates having prior pediatric or school nursing experience, vision and hearing screening certification, and first aid certification.

Salary Range is $43,000 - $63,000 depending on level of education and/or certification. Final salary offers are commensurate with experience and education.
