Are you a strategic thinker, strong leader, and results-driven professional? Embassy Cigar Lounge is a private, luxury hospitality experience rooted in intentional service, elevated standards, and authentic connection. We are seeking a General Manager to serve as the trusted leader and face of our Flossmoor location.

This is not a traditional restaurant manager role. This is a leadership position for someone who commands a room, earns trust, and takes pride in ownership-level accountability.

• Lead Membership engagement and programing for member events
• Serve as the primary leader and decision maker on site
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management efforts
• Lead and manage daily operations across departments to ensure a seamless workflow
• Ensure adherence to operational policies and industry best practices
• Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction, quality, and service delivery
• Set clear goals, track performance, and hold teams accountable to high standards
• Analyze reports, budgets, and KPIs to inform decisions and maximize profitability

• Strong emotional intelligence and presence
• Comfortable leading without micromanagement
• Passion for hospitality as a craft, not just a job
• Well-versed in using dashboards, KPIs, and workflow systems to manage day-to-day operations
• Ability to lead with integrity and motivate teams toward shared goals
• Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles
• Can juggle multiple priorities without losing focus or momentum
• Is a confident communicator who leads with empathy and clarity
• Has experience managing teams and overseeing business operations
