Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

Our client is a global provider of nutritional supplements and is an industry leading manufacturer and supplier. They are growing and looking for leadership support in the accounting department.

Office hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (some flex)

Not a bonus potential for this position as of today

PTO: 18 days accrued the first year, then front‑loaded; 25 days after 5 years, 33 days after 10 years

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team in a fast‑paced manufacturing and distribution environment. This role will focus heavily on General Ledger (GL) accounting and GL reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.

• Manage and perform monthly GL close activities
• Prepare and review account reconciliations
• Analyze financial statements for accuracy and completeness
• Support internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or related industry
• Strong knowledge of GL accounting and reconciliations
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel
