Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional meetings to resolve issues and implement process improvements
- Complete month‑end close activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Execute SOX internal controls
- Prepare quarterly SEC reporting schedules
- Conduct GAAP research and draft accounting position memos
- Recommend and implement process improvements to strengthen financial integrity
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
- Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Solid understanding of GAAP principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- CPA certification or experience with a Big 4 accounting firm (preferred)
- Experience with Hyperion Financial Management and Blackline software (preferred)
Demonstrates expertise in GAAP principles and financial reporting, with a strong focus on process improvements and compliance. Proficient in executing SOX internal controls and managing month‑end close activities to ensure financial integrity.
