Our client, an industrial manufacturing organization, is seeking a Controller to lead accounting, financial reporting and operational finance initiatives. This person will be tasked with overseeing the month-end close process, managing budgeting and forecasting, strengthening internal controls and providing financial insights that support operational and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong GAAP accounting expertise, manufacturing accounting experience and a hands-on leadership style with a focus on process improvement, financial analysis and business partnership.
