We're on the hunt for a Production Artist with strong hands‑on experience in print production, pre‑press, large‑format, and digital printing. This is an on‑site role working with a fast‑paced production team that handles a wide range of large‑format and four‑color digital print projects. We're looking for someone who understands the full production workflow, thrives in a deadline‑driven environment, and takes pride in producing clean, accurate, high‑quality work.

• Prepare pre‑press production files and ensure files are fully print‑ready
• Work with production teams to execute projects accurately and efficiently
• Maintain quality control throughout the production process
• Troubleshoot production files and printing issues as needed
• Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding project specs and timelines
• Help manage multiple projects while meeting tight production deadlines
• Stay current on printing technologies, workflows, and production best practices

• 4‑5 years minimum experience in pre‑press, print production, and post‑production workflows
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with expert skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design
• Knowledge of color management, file preparation, and imposition
• Expertise in print‑ready setup for large‑format output
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A troubleshooting mindset with the ability to problem‑solve quickly and efficiently

This is a temp‑to‑hire, onsite opportunity working in the Flower Mound, TX area, nearthe Dallas‑Fort Worth metroplex. REMOTE work is not available.

Pay rate is firm at $22 - $24/hour based on experience.
