Maintain real-time visibility of customer transactions in AirLOG and update route maps following Airfreight 2.0 Tag methodology;
Ensure all customer information is integrated into core operating systems and maintain up-to-date Customer Wiki pages;
Manage, prioritize, and respond to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels;
Collaborate with Sales, OCC, and SSC to ensure accurate information, processes, and KPI-driven improvements;
Provide timely escalation support to the SSC and assist with billing validation and rate handling
