the schedule for this position is monday-thursday 5pm-9pm, friday 5pm-8pm, saturday 6:45am-4pm, sunday 1pm-5pm. Please do not apply if you are not available to work during these times.

responsibilities
  • promote and sell memberships and services
  • give quality tours to potential new members according to their goals and interests
  • scan member cards and greet by name
  • build relationships and retain members
  • answer member questions in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner
  • attend paid trainings and meetings and learn new skills
  • work with a team to make a lasting difference in your community
  • light cleaning tasks: wash/fold towels, make coffee, stock cups and creamer, and make members feel valued and appreciated
  • be knowledgeable about program offerings and proactively look up accurate information online or through internal systems when needed
  • multitask in a fast‑paced environment while managing front desk responsibilities
  • participate in paid trainings and team meetings
  • perform light cleaning duties and help with hospitality tasks (making coffee, folding towels, stocking supplies)
  • support your team to create a positive and engaging environment
  • schedule will be approximately 10 to 29 hours per week depending on branch needs
