Role: Client Service Representative (CSR)
Status: Full-time Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 based on experience Schedule: Flexible 4-day work week with rotating Saturday shifts

Cross Timbers Animal Medical Center is looking for a friendly, dependable, and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team. Our CSRs are the welcoming faces and voices of our hospital, helping create a positive experience from the moment a client calls or walks through the door.

At Cross Timbers, veterinary care is about more than appointments. It's about building lasting relationships with pets, their families, and our community. You'll play an important role in keeping those relationships strong while helping our doctors, technicians, and support staff provide exceptional care.

What Our Client Service Representatives Do
  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Answer incoming calls and assist clients with questions and concerns
  • Schedule appointments and help coordinate patient care
  • Check clients in and out while maintaining an efficient front-desk workflow
  • Process payments and clearly explain invoices and hospital policies
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records
  • Communicate appointment details, messages, and updates to the appropriate team members
  • Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to keep the hospital running smoothly
  • Help create a calm, welcoming environment for pets of all species
  • Apply Fear Free principles during client and patient interactions
  • Assist teammates and jump in where needed during busy periods
