Sales Support Representative

• Follow the order entry process and provide proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing
• Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
• Engage and respond promptly, accurately, courteously, and professionally to encourage positive business relationships
• Process work according to relevant working practices and standard operating procedures
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service levels, internal processes, and customer support methodology
• Provide support beyond standard hours as needed based on call volume or workload
• Support the Sales Department by answering questions received by telephone, email, and fax
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Implement and support quality initiatives throughout the branch
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system through proper billing and replenishment processes

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Three (3) years relevant work experience
• One (1)+ year ERP experience
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as business needs require
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience as account representative, order processing, or customer service preferred
• Ability to work the stated first-shift schedule:
  Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
• Ability to support 10% travel

Demonstrates strong customer service skills and the ability to manage order processing efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory records in an ERP system. Capable of providing proactive support and feedback to enhance service levels and internal processes.
