Lead Dentist - Full-Time
Flower Mound, TX | $250,000-$350,000 | Clinical Autonomy
Great Expressions Dental Centers (GEDC) is hiring a General Dentist for our practice in Flower Mound, TX
. Backed by 40+ years in dentistry, this opportunity offers consistent support, modern technology, predictable income, and the autonomy to focus on high-quality patient care. This role is ideal for an experienced and confident dentist seeking long-term stability without sacrificing control over how they practice.
- Location - 3424 Long Prairie Road Suite 300, Flower Mound, TX 75028 (Denton County | DFW Metroplex | Dallas-Fort Worth)
- Schedule - Fulltime | Monday-Friday | 7:45am-5pm
- Compensation - daily guarantee and tiered % of production with performance based increases
- Office setup - 10-operatory multispecialty digital practice with Periodontist, Endodontist and Orthodontist seeing PPO patient population
- Clinical tools - ITero, CBCT, VideaAI technology, Henry Schein formulary, Perio Protect Therapy, and Curodont
- Clinical autonomy - you lead diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care
- Consistent patient flow - practice has 35+ new patients per month; ~15 patients/day
- Strong earning potential - high producing practice averaging $3,000-$6,000/day
- Supportive and tenured team - office manager, hygienist, assistants and care coordinators
