After School Preschool Teacher at Primrose School of NE Flower Mound - 3939 Morriss Road, Flower Mound, Texas

Are you passionate about helping children thrive after school hours? Do you love turning curiosity into confidence? Primrose NE Flower Mound is hiring an energetic After School & Summer Camp Teacher to inspire, guide, and partner with families.

About the Role
  • Role:
    After School and Summer Camp Teacher
  • Ages: 5–12
  • Schedule:

    School year 12:30 PM–6:00 PM;
    Summer/Holiday hours 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Focus:
    Support homework, lead engaging enrichment activities, and foster character development
  • Impact:
    Create a safe, joyful, and stimulating environment where children grow academically, socially, and emotionally
What You’ll Do
  • Lead purposeful after-school activities (coding, drama, magic, science, arts & crafts, sports, etc.)
  • Support homework completion and reinforce good study habits
  • Collaborate with school day staff and families to monitor progress and celebrate successes
  • Use the Balanced Learning curriculum (digital platform) to guide activities and outcomes
  • Ensure health, safety, and well-being of all students
